Amber Heard is set to return as Mera in Aquaman movie.
For months, there were rumours that the actor had been cut from the film following her legal battle with ex-husband Johnny Depp.
At the time, Heard herself said that she had initially been kicked off the movie and wasn't sure how much of it she was actually in.

"They released me from my contract," Heard told the court.
"And I fought to stay in it, and they kept me in it. I just don't know how much I'm in, actually, of the final cut."
She added: "I was given a script and then given new versions of the script that had taken away scenes that had action in it, that depicted my character and another character, without giving any spoilers away, two characters fighting with one another, and they basically took a bunch out of my role.
"They just removed a bunch out."

After being called to the stand during the trial, DC boss Walter Hamada was asked about her role in the film.
He claimed that a decision was taken to make it smaller due to a lack of chemistry between Heard and Jason Momoa.
“The size of the role in the film that she has was determined in the early development of the script," she said.

And last year, a source claiming to have knowledge of production said Heard had been axed from the sequel all together and had been recast.
They said at the time: "They are going to be doing reshoots with Jason Momoa and Nicole Kidman.”
Despite the speculation around the film and her role in it, though, Heard was adamant that she had not been cut out of the edit.
A representative said the 'rumour mill continues as it has from day one' and the false reports were 'inaccurate, insensitive, and slightly insane'.

And it appears as though Heard was telling the truth after Warner Bros released the first trailer for DC’s Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom at CinemaCon.
At the event in Las Vegas this week, fans got a sneak peek at the upcoming movie, with the clip showing Heard's character.
According to Deadline, Heard has a 'cameo' in 'a battle scene' in the trailer.

The rest of the trailer also show's Momoa's character struggling to lead Atlantis, teaming up with his estranged step-brother Orm (Patrick Wilson).
Fans also got to see the dastardly Black Manta (Yahya Abdul-Mateen II) as he attacks the surface world.
