In a plea deal, she has now admitted the charge of conspiracy to commit murder, according to The Independent, and will face a minimum sentence of two to 10 years in prison.
According to her arrest report, police found her messages to a Florida prison inmate called Grant Amato, who she was allegedly in a relationship with, after seizing his phone in October 2024.

People Magazine reports that their alleged relationship began in March 2024 after Victoria saw him in the Paramount+ true crime docuseries, Ctrl + Alt + Desire.
Amato, 35, was sentenced to prison after he shot and killed his parents and brother after stealing $200,000 from his family to pay for his online pornography addiction, the outlet further reports.

He was sentenced to three lifelong prison terms and cannot apply for parole.
In the text messages between the two, Victoria allegedly told Amato that Aaron 'would not accept divorce'.
According to the arrest report, she wrote: “Am I a bad person? Because I chose to end his existence. Not divorce.”
NBC News says that Amato allegedly contacted the hitman on 3 October.
Another message from Amato to the hitman said: "He’s asleep right now in the hotel room ... I need to know what's going on. Can I get an update. Was it done?"

According to police, she'd allegedly agreed to pay $11,515 (£8,875) for his death, with a $2,500 (£1,929) deposit to kill him.

In exchange for her plea, prosecutors agreed to drop the solicitation charge and will not make any recommendation towards her sentencing. She could also face a $5,000 fine.
Days after her arrest, Aaron went on to file for divorce, The Independent reports.
According to the filing, he shared that after three years of marriage, their ‘views, tastes, likes and dislikes’ have ‘become incompatible to the extent that it has become impossible for them to live together as husband and wife'.
