As well as those charges against Tate in June, Tristan and two Romanian women have also been charged with human trafficking.
Both Tate brothers deny the allegations against them.
At the time, Tate tweeted: “After 10 months. 3 in jail, 7 at home. After 15million euro of asset seizures.
"After an inditement based on nothing."

He continued: "The file was passed to a Judge who has ruled it weak and circumstantial. I have been released from house arrest but must remain within Romania."
The 37-year-old has attracted controversy for a number of his opinions on various conspiracy theories, as well as misogynistic views he has expressed online.
Romanian anti-organised crime agency DIICOT alleges that the Tate brothers, along with Luana Radu and Georgiana Naghel, formed a criminal gang in 2021 to ‘commit the crime of human trafficking’ in Romania, the US, and the UK.

"Subject line: 'Potential documentary opportunity with currently the most controversial public figure'," Reed wrote in a piece for The Guardian.
"I’ve often wondered why Tate’s people came to us, when our best-known documentary exposed allegations of sexual abuse by a charismatic celebrity?" "Perhaps they hadn’t done their homework," he added.
Revealing the 'one condition' Andrew gave to him, Reed claims he was told: “You can ask me anything. The only condition is you can’t film my [computer] screens.”
