Cast your mind back to a Saturday night in 2011. Obviously, The X Factor is on telly and you’re ready to spend the next week sharing Facebook posts supporting your favourite.
The newly formed Little Mix are flying through and despite being labelled as the joke, Rylan is still in. And of course, no episode is complete with the judges making their entrance and Tulisa doing her ‘The Female Boss’.
And last night (17 November), we experienced an absolute throwback to those days when the N-Dubz singer was asked to show it off to her I’m A Celeb campmates.

This came after plenty of ITV viewers were buzzing to see her do the signature pose in the show’s opening credits.
“NAH TULISA DOING HER POSE,” they celebrated on X.

Her fellow jungle stars asked her to do it for them too, as she sarcastically stood up and showed off the tattoo.
Written along her forearm, the inking actually caused a bit of controversy back in 2011 when she used it for the iconic pose on The X Factor.
At the time, Tulisa was accused of illegally promoting her perfume TFB on the show.
When that all kicked off, the singer insisted the Female boss moniker had always been her trademark and her nickname.

She told The Mirror at the time: “The perfume’s not actually called The Female Boss – it’s just TFB. So someone wouldn’t go into a shop and buy my perfume just because they’d seen my tattoo.”
Yep, there you are, Tulisa simply has that ‘The Female Boss’ tattoo because that’s what she is, apparently. The Female Boss.
With her doing the pose once again going viral, others have also noted the smart choice she made.

One wrote on X: “Tulisa refusing to say what she’s scared of, this is why she was the female boss, the first smart contestant this show has ever seen.”
As another pointed out: “’I’m not gonna tell you what I’m scared of, I’m not stupid’ Tulisa bringing common sense.”
Seeing her win the first trial to become camp leader and then taking charge of the cooking in last night’s episode, many wrote: “Tulisa was not lying when she said she’s the female boss, killing it already.”

This appearance on I’m A Celeb marks a comeback for The Female Boss following a long time out of the spotlight and telly as she battled health issues.
