Lenny Kravitz is like the Regina George of the celebrity world - minus the b**chiness and the blonde hair.
But like the queen bee in Mean Girls, whatever the rocker does is instantly regarded as cool and you'll probably see a lot of people following suit straight afterwards.
If Kravitz is posting shirtless selfies looking absolutely ripped, so are we.

And if the music star reckons having a bromance with your ex's new man is the way to do it, so do we.
So following on from the fact that Kravitz confessed that he hadn't had sex in nine years back in May, don't be surprised if you discover that everyone's turned celibate all of a sudden.
The 60-year-old, who was formerly hitched to Lisa Bonet, revealed that he hasn't got it on with anyone for the last nine years as he made a vow to abstain from sex outside of marriage.

Describing his decision as a 'spiritual thing', he explained that he is completely content without sex and was somewhat influenced to make his choice by his parent's - Sy Kravitz and Roxie Roker - relationship.
Speaking to The Guardian, Kravitz said: "I have become very set in my ways, in the way I live.
"After the marriage, I became more like him [his father]. I was becoming a player. I didn’t like it. I didn’t want to be that guy. "So I had to tackle that and it took years. Discipline. Not letting my own desires take over."
Although the Kravitz's celibacy remains in full swing, the musician isn't the first famous face to do so - so let's have a look at what other stars have also taken sex off the table over the years.
Lady Gaga
Although it provides a lot of inspiration for her music - (go back and listen to Poker Face again) - Lady Gaga, 38, previously revealed that she was happily going through a dry spell back in 2010.

The pop star, real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, made this admission long before she got with businessman Michael Polansky four years ago.
She explained at the time: "I don’t really have sex. I’m quite celibate now. I don’t really get time to meet anyone.
"I also think I’m afraid of depleting my energy. I have this weird thing that if I sleep with someone they’re going to take my creativity from me through my vagina."
Protect that creativity at all costs, Gaga.

Orlando Bloom
Before becoming an iconic celebrity couple with his other half Katy Perry, 39, actor Orlando Bloom went celibate for six months.
Prior to meeting the singer and embarking on a romance in 2016, the Pirates of the Caribbean star, 47, said he fancied a 'detox' from sex to gain some clarity on his life and get his priorities back on track.

The dad-of-two originally only planned to do a three month stint, but found that he was loving the benefits it brought him - and even gave up watching porn too.
Bloom said: "I was really enjoying the way I was relating to women, and to the feminine within myself."
However, he advises against going celibate for the long term.
"It was insane," he added. "I don’t think it’s healthy. I don’t think it was advisable. "You have to keep it moving down there."
Kourtney Kardashian
We all know there's nothing Kourtney Kardashian, 45, loves more than being a mum - but as we all know, a stork didn't drop all of her kids off and making a baby obviously requires a bit of rumpy pumpy.
However, before she and her husband Travis Barker, 48, welcomed little baby Rocky Thirteen in November, the couple decided to take some time off of their bedroom activities while trying to get rid of all the toxins inside their bodies.
During an episode of The Kardashians in 2022, the reality star revealed that they were both taking party in a Panchakarma cleanse to increase their chances of conceiving during her IVF journey.
"Our last egg retrieval was not successful, so our new thing that we’re going to be trying is a Panchakarma cleanse, which is Ayurvedic," Kardashian explained.
"It’s like 3,000 years old, which will get all of the toxins that are like deep within our tissue out of our bodies."
It involves giving up caffeine, alcohol, exercise, sugar and obviously sex - and she said 'it actually made everything better'.
Justin Bieber
Justin Bieber is currently expecting with his wife of four years, Hailey Bieber - but even pop star's with girls falling at their feet fancy taking some time off on the odd occasion.
Before the pair rekindled their romance in 2019, the Canadian superstar, 30, revealed that he had decided to go celibate after realising that he had a 'legitimate problem with sex'.
He admitted he was going through a 'super promiscuous' phase before he settled down with the 27-year-old model.
Bieber said: "I think sex can cause a lot of pain. Sometimes people have sex because they don’t feel good enough.
"Because they lack self-worth. Women do that, and guys do that. I wanted to rededicate myself to God in that way because I really felt it was better for the condition of my soul.
"And I believe that God blessed me with Hailey as a result."
So if you want to nab a stunner like Mrs Bieber, going celibate might go along way apparently.
Julia Fox
She's been catapulted into our lives since her infamous relationship with Kanye West, but it's Julia Fox's personality and candidness which has kept us all hooked on her.
The actress, 34, was formerly a dominatrix, so it's safe to say she knows a thing or two about sex - but even the experts need to take a well deserved rest.
The Uncut Gems star discussed why she is sticking to celibacy - with no plans to call it quits anytime soon - during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in May this year.
Speaking about why she hasn't had sex in two-and-a-half years, Fox explained: "I just think nothing good comes from having sex. With the overturning of Roe v Wade and our rights being stripped away from us, this is a way that I can take back the control.
"And it just sucks that it has to be in that way, but I just don’t feel comfortable until things change.
"I think it’s just like getting over anything, smoking, drugs, whatever it may be. Eventually, you just forget, and all that energy you were putting toward sex, you can put toward other things."
Fair dos, Fox.
Morrissey
Steven Patrick Morrissey, who is better known by his surname and as the frontman of The Smiths, has famously identified as celibate.
The iconic singer from Manchester has been quizzed about his decision plenty of times over the years, but he hasn't gave too much away about his reasoning for it.
He has been in relationships, however, and following the revelation of his first relationship with Jake Owen Walters in his book, Autobiography, he described himself as 'humasexual'.
"Unfortunately, I am not homosexual," he wrote in 2013. "In technical fact, I am humasexual. I am attracted to humans. But, of course, not many."
Adriana Lima
Last but not least it the one and only Adriana Lima, who was dubbed the 'most valuable Victoria's Secret Angel' in 2017 - so this is a woman who certainly knows her own worth.
Although there is hordes of fellas desperate to date her, the Brazilian beauty maintained a vow of celibacy until she got married and openly discussed her devotion to Catholicism.
Back in 2006, Lima told GQ: "Sex is for after marriage. [Men] have to respect that this is my choice. If there's no respect, that means they don't want me."
Good for you, girl!
Lima got hitched to Serbian basketball player Marko Jarić in 2009, who she shares two daughters with.
But the pair later divorced and she began dating film producer Andre Lemmers, who she welcomed a son with in August 2022.
And now, we really have come full circle - as Lima had a two-year relationship with Kravitz back in 2001 and even got engaged to him, before they called it quits in 2003.
