When a Love Is Blind contestant compared herself to Megan Fox a couple of months ago, every man and his dog had something to say about it - except from the woman herself.
Megan Fox kept schtum about her thoughts on Chelsea Blackwell's claims that she is a dead ringer for her since that awkward episode aired on Netflix, but the Transformers star has now broken her silence on the lookalike fiasco.
If you don't keep up with all the dating shows on the streaming platform, basically, a group of single men and women try and find their perfect match without ever seeing each other face-to-face.

Those looking for love sit in pods and get to know each other before deciding if they are ready to take the plunge with someone based solely on their emotional connection, rather than physical attraction.
But it seemed that Chelsea missed the memo about this - despite it being the entire premise of Love Is Blind - as she and fellow contestant Jimmy Presnell began hinting about their appearances during one of their dates.
The 31-year-old flight attendant told her future-fiancé-now-turned-ex that she gets told she looks like Megan 'all the time' by people on planes and unknowingly set herself up to become an internet meme.
Take a look at this:
But to be fair to Chelsea, she did downplay their resemblance - while also referring to Megan as 'MGK's wife'.

She told Jimmy: "It’s just because I have dark hair and blue eyes. But I don’t see it, so don’t get excited."
Of course, the bloke thought he'd struck gold and jokingly asked her: "Can we get married?"
But when the Love Is Blind stars finally met in person on the show to get engaged, Jimmy called out his would-be bride and suggested she had drastically exaggerated her physical similarities to Megan.
He told viewers: "She definitely lied to me about some [of] how she looked. Chelsea told me she looked like Megan Fox.

"At the end of the day, it doesn’t really matter. I am very attracted to her. I can work with that."
Although this might have been a mere blip in the early stages of their relationship for the pair, for social media users, it was one of the highlights of the series and the scene spawned thousands of memes.
Chelsea said she had been 'truly humbled by the internet' after Love Is Blind began airing, and at one point was urging the plane passengers who had told her she resembled the actress to come forward in support.

But they never did...and the flight attendant says even mentioning the subject was her 'biggest regret' on the show.
Us mere mortals and famous faces have all discussed the doppelgänger saga, while even Megan's ex-husband Brian Austin Green has chimed in on the debate, saying that the 37-year-old 'would be flattered' by the comparison.
And now, finally, Megan has given her two pence on the Love Is Blind lookalike situation, explaining that she found out about it when her phone started blowing up.
"I’ve never had more people text me about something because I don’t really watch TV very much,” she explained during an interview with E News.

"But I’ve had a lot of people text me and stop me. Even other celebrities at like Oscar parties were like, ‘Do you watch Love is Blind?’ And I was like, ‘No, but I know what you’re talking about'.
"I didn’t watch it, but I think in general, no one deserves to get bullied," Megan said, before adding: "I don’t think she deserved that. I think people went way too hard."
So...the million dollar question. Does Megan reckon that Chelsea could pass for her?
The Jennifer's Body star said: "I did see a picture of her.
"A hundred thousand percent, people have told her, ‘You kind of look like Megan Fox.’
"So I believe she’s telling the truth and I hope like she still has that sparkle in her eye. I hope the world didn’t steal it from her. Mine died long ago from being bullied for 20 years.
"So I hope that didn’t happen to her. Best wishes and blessings."
Chelsea Blackwell's chaotic Love is Blind timeline
Chelsea and Jimmy's turbulent romance on the Netflix dating show made them one of the series' most controversial couples.
Here's everything that went down between them:
The Pods
As fans will know, Love is Blind contestants don't actually see each other for the first part of the show, communicating over speakers in purpose built pods.
Chelsea found herself torn between two men - Jimmy and Trevor Sova.
After telling Jimmy people have told her she looks like Megan Fox, he jokes: "Can we get married?"
Chelsea eventually throws her lot in with Jimmy and accepts his proposal - a decision she goes on to have some angst about.
A rocky engagement
For a short while things are sunshine and roses. Chelsea says of Jimmy: "I think it's so hard for me to feel loved and lovable, so for me to feel this is so surreal and its amazing."
Then they hit some road bumps. Chelsea accuses Jimmy of not being attentive enough; he says she can be 'clingy'. There's also tension over Jimmy spending time with female friends.
Then Chelsea meets up with Trevor and tells him: "It's been hard to not think of you sometimes." Oop.
So... did they walk down the aisle?
Ultimately, Jimmy couldn't commit to marrying Chelsea, and she accuses him of 'wasting her time' after not following through with his proposal.
After the show, Jimmy revealed they dated for another two weeks before throwing in the towel for good.
