A comedian has issued an apology after touching Pete Davidson's leg during live Netflix comedy show.
Davidson had appeared on Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney alongside Luenell last week (26 March), with the episode attracting controversy after the 66-year-old comedian and actor brushed her hand up the Saturday Night Live star's leg during a blindfolded segment.
It came shortly after Davidson appeared to squirm on the sofa as Luenell quizzed him about his famous ex-girlfriends.

Viewers clocked the 'uncomfortable' moment, with one person writing on Instagram: "I feel like Luenell was being way to pushy on Pete's personal life. When the blindfolds were on, she was touching his leg."
"This!! Made me so uncomfortable and sad for Pete," a second person replied.
Luenell and her representative have now issued a statement apologising to the 31-year-old.

"I admit, I was tickling Pete’s leg during a segment of Everybody’s Live With John Mulaney; however, I did not mean to make Pete uncomfortable," she said.

"I sincerely apologise. It was all done in jest."
Luenell went on to say that she hoped Davidson would be able to forgive her for the interaction, adding: "I hope Pete will forgive me, and I’m still willing to go out on a date with him if he so chooses. And I promise I won’t touch him again unless he wants me to!"
A representative for the comedian also told the outlet that Luenell's actions were intended as 'playful', saying: "By no means did my client, Luenell, want to make Mr. Davidson uncomfortable during their respective appearance on Everybody’s Live With John Mulaney. She was just being playful."
The interaction occurred just moments after Luenell grilled Davidson over his ex-girlfriends, including his relationship with reality star and businesswoman Kim Kardashian.
"To me, you’re just an average guy," she said to Davidson while broaching the topic of his dating history.

"Regular guy, but you continuously pull all these bad b***hes, right? ... So, since I don’t get it, I want to know the mystique.

"Now, you’ve had Kim K," she said, to which Davidson replied 'Oh god' and put his hands over his face.
"What I think — for the research and for women across America — I think that you should take me out," Luenell continued, prompting the comedian to respond: "If that’s what it takes to stop this, yeah."
