Netflix viewers have been left shocked after seeing an 'uncomfortable' moment involving Pete Davidson on a new chat show.
The actor was issued an apology after a comedian who appeared in Borat carried out the uncomfortable act mid-show.
Davidson appeared on this week’s episode of Netflix's Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney alongside Henry Winkler, Licensed funeral director Raymond Perez-Plascencia, and comedian Luenell.

Luenell kicked things off in controversial fashion already when she began grilling Davidson over his dating habits.
She made fun of Davidson, referencing his ability to ‘continuously pull all these bad b**ches’, referencing his time dating Kim Kardashian and his current girlfriend, model Elsie Hewitt.
Several viewers spoke about how uncomfortable they felt about this behaviour, with one Reddit thread about the topic led to comments saying: “I thought it was uncomfortable too. He's made it clear in sooo many interviews how he feels about all that.”

Another viewer said: “I know it was all jokes but he seemed so uncomfortable, especially after she mentioned Kim BY NAME.”

Later in the show, however, the comedian took things a step further.
During a segment in which the pair were both blindfolded however, Luenell rubbed Pete Davidson’s leg in a move which left viewers uncomfortable.
One comment on Reddit said of the moment: “And how she kept touching and rubbing on him, like HELLO?!?!”
The original poster replied saying: “Right! Like he looked so uncomfortable & John looked sorry for Pete because Pete probably only goes on there cause they are friends.
“She’s usually chill with him but last night she was being so out of hand. I bet if he goes on again it will be without her next to him.”

Luenell has since apologised for the incident, releasing a statement to PEOPLE saying: “I admit, I was tickling Pete’s leg during a segment of Everybody’s Live With John Mulaney; however, I did not mean to make Pete uncomfortable.
“I sincerely apologize. It was all done in jest.”
The actor, who appeared in Borat, asked Davidson out during the show, going on to say in her apology: “I hope Pete will forgive me, and I’m still willing to go out on a date with him if he so chooses.
“I promise I won’t touch him again unless he wants me to!”

A representative for the comedian said in a statement: “By no means did my client, Luenell, want to make Mr. Davidson uncomfortable during their respective appearance on Everybody’s Live With John Mulaney.
“She was just being playful.”
While Davidson has yet to address the incident publicly, PEOPLE state that a source close to the actor has said that he felt the moment was ‘really inappropriate’.
LADbible group have contacted representatives for Pete Davidson for comment.
