Lizzo recorded her live reaction to South Park’s brutal dig at her.
Over the weekend, the show’s latest special premiere: ‘South Park: The End of Obesity’.
Nicknamed as its ‘Ozempic episode’, it saw how the rise of new weight loss drugs had a major impact on the quiet mountain town of South Park.

And as the usually overweight Cartman had a drastic change in appearance, Lizzo was also targeted.
The singer shared a video to TikTok on Saturday (25 May) as she reacted to the Paramount Plus special.
“Guys, my worst fear has been actualised,” the ‘About Damn Time’ singer said. “I’ve been referenced in a South Park episode. I’m so scared.”

Lizzo posted the video as a ‘blind duet’ showing the clip itself while she watched along and waited to hear her name come up.
In the episode, character Sharon Marsh explains: “Now there’s a whole new obesity drug for those of us who can’t afford Ozempic.”
And here it comes: “I’ve controlled all my cravings to be thinner with Lizzo.”
The singer’s jaw dropped in shock as the video showed an advert for the ‘once-weekly diet suppressor’, complete with a jingle, that ‘makes you feel good about your weight’.

The advert says studies show 70 percent of those on ‘Lizzo’ no longer ‘care how much they weigh’.
The singer, known for advocating for body positivity, sits with her hand over her mouth as the fictional ad claims: “Some patients report constipation while listening to Lizzo.”
Her eyes and mouth get wider as it carries on: “Stop listening to Lizzo if you experience suicidal thoughts. Serious side effects include pancreatitis, hypothermia [and] sh**ting out your ears.”

And it concludes with Marsh saying: “Ask about the power of not giving a f**k, with Lizzo,” – to which the singer herself says ‘period’.
Pretty iconically, the real Lizzo says in response: “That’s crazy. I just feel like ‘damn, I’m really that b**ch’.
“I’m really that b**ch – I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give a f**k to the point where these men in Colorado know who the f**k I am and put it on their cartoon that’s been around for 25 years.

“I’m really that b**ch and I show you all how to not give a f**k and Imma keep on showing you how to not give a f**k.”
She then sang back some of the jingle as some viewers said it ‘was light for South Park’, while others called it ‘brutal’.
