People are starting to notice a unique difference in each of Taylor Swift’s UK performances.
And well, when I say people, I mean those non-Swifties amongst us, because obviously this is something the fans are already all over. They’re on top of every little detail so of course they’ve been keeping up with this since the moment it began.
But for everyone else, it’s taken a little longer for the world of Swift to encroach into their daily conversations - whether everyone likes it or not.

With the ‘Cruel Summer’ singer having performed across the UK in recent weeks, it seems like she’s unavoidable, as clips of her shows flood social media.
Although Swift is now heading over to mainland Europe with the Eras Tour, before returning to Wembley in August, she’s certainly made her mark, adapting bits of her show to each city.
So, Swifties, forgive people for only just picking up on this, but it is pretty iconic - fair play, I guess.

TikTok users have noticed that during ‘We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together’, one of the star’s dancers, ‘Kam’, says a little phrase to match the UK city.
You know the song, where she pretends to be on the phone and says: “This is exhausting you know, like we are never getting back together,” but instead of carrying on with ‘like, ever’, her dancer gives a little adlib.
And to embrace the Scots in Edinburgh, on night three Kam said: “Bolt ya rocket.”

In Cardiff, it was in Welsh and on night two in Liverpool, a cheeky: “Eeee get on ya bike,” complete with a scouse twang.

Oh, and it gets better, even if you’re not a Swiftie, you’ll appreciate this.
In Wembley last night, fans were left saying ‘Kam for prime minister’ as the dancer gave a strong: “Up yours w**ker!”
Ah, British culture really is strong isn’t it, as that adds to the now viral star saying: “Do one tosser!” the night before.
Talking about British culture, there was even a Tracy Beaker reference on night one of Wembley as the dancer did an iconic: “Why don’t you just bog off?”

That adds to the ‘jog on, lad’ in Liverpool and ‘ya wee radge’ in Edinburgh. Apparently, this is something the dancer has done all over the world for the Eras Tour, even picking up Aussie lingo for that leg.
Well, fair enough, now get on ya bike, will ya?
