Billie Eilish once let slip that she was scared of Eminem and the legendary rapper responded in the best possible way.
Look, everyone has to be scared of something whether it be spiders, heights or that pure evil penguin from Wallace & Gromit.
For Billie Eilish it turns out that she found Eminem pretty darn scary, revealing in an interview that she had been afraid of the rapper 'my whole life'.
She said he 'terrified' her and it 'freaked the f**k out of me', but they say the best way to get over your fears is to confront them, and that's exactly what happened to Eilish.

However, it wasn't really her choice as Eminem decided that he was going to let the singer know he'd heard what she said about him.
In his deluxe version of the album Music to be Murdered By, which is already a cheery enough title, he dropped in a lyric about how scary Eilish had found him.
In the song 'Alfred's Theme', he sang: "Homicidal visions when I’m spitting like this.

"But really I'm just fulfilling my wish of killing rhymes which is really childish. And silly, but I'm really like this, I'm giving nightmares to Billie Eilish."
Whether or not she's still scared of Eminem after that lyrical treatment, she joined in with the standing ovation he received at the 2020 Academy Awards ceremony so she's clearly an admirer of his impressive catalogue of work.
As for what the pair are up to now, Eilish is going from strength to strength in a career which would be incredibly impressive for a musician on the cusp of retirement, never mind one with years of success ahead of her.
Last year she became the youngest ever Glastonbury headliner and she can add it to her already long list of accolades and reasons to have earned some well deserved praise.

Eminem, meanwhile, has recently been involved in a bit of a feud with Machine Gun Kelly while fellow rapper 50 Cent is adapting his movie 8 Mile into a TV series.
It's exciting times for the both of them as their careers continue to reach new heights, though whether Eilish will put aside her fear of Eminem and pave the way for some sort of future collaboration remains entirely hypothetical.
Then again, she's performed on stage with Jack Skellington as part of The Nightmare Before Christmas live production, so if she can keep her nerve around the Pumpkin King then how scary can Eminem be?
