Actor Ansel Elgort has dropped a serious hint that a sequel to Baby Driver might be on the cards.
Elgort revealed in a recent interview that Edgar Wright has written a script for a new flick and that the star has even had a peek at it.
Speaking to MTV News he said: "He has shared [the script] with me. Yes, I think it's going to happen. I think there will be a [sequel].

"It has a different title, actually. You're going to have to have to ask Edgar that, though."
Exciting, eh?

When asked if the movie had any plans for pre-production, Elgort added: "Maybe."

The first movie centred on a talented getaway driver - played by Elgort - and also starred Jamie Foxx and Jon Hamm.
Earlier this year, Wright told Empire a script had been written.
"A first draft of Baby Driver 2 exists," he said. Adding that the new script 'takes the story further'.
Wright previously revealed he was asked about the possibility of doing a second script just weeks after the first movie landed in cinemas.

"The studio have asked me to think about writing a sequel and it is one of the ones that I might do a sequel to because I think there's somewhere more to go with it in terms of the characters," Wright said in an Empire podcast.
"I sort of have an idea that if you did another [film] you would subvert his involvement in the crime in a different way so he's not the apprentice anymore."

And in July last year he said a second film was 'already in the works' to Entertainment Weekly.

"The deal is being hammered out as we speak" he said. "So, hopefully, I'm going to at least write a second one. I've definitely got lots of ideas.
"Whether it's the next movie, I don't know. I'm just working that out at the moment, actually."
Well get a move on, mate - we're waiting.
