The 58-year-old actress who starred in her son's director debut, Strictly Confidential, said that she felt 'liberated' when shooting sex scenes for the flick.
For most of us, filming a sex scene in front of a family member would appear as a question in a game of 'Would You Rather', but Liz Hurley was not only determined to go through with the sex scenes within the film, but found them 'liberating to do.'
During the film, Hurley's character gets seduced by another woman, but Hurley said she didn't feel uncomfortable filming such intimate scenes in front of her 21-year-old son.

She explained: "The things that his script needed me to do weren't necessarily things I'd always done in movies many times," the 58-year old told Access. "But having him there meant that I felt safe and looked-after, and I knew in (post production) he'd look after me. So actually it's kind of liberating to work with your family. I may do it again."
Her son, Damien Hurley, also admitted that he didn't find filming the intense scenes involving his mother as 'controversial'.
"Showbusiness has been a fundamental part of my entire life. So to us, it's not a thing. She takes my photos, I take hers."
The mother and son duo are seemingly open with being vulnerable with one another, as she shared that the bikini snaps that are posted to her Instagram were taken by her then 18-year-old son.

"(Damian) definitely takes some," the Actress told The Sun.
"But I do have other friends that I can torture for some too."
As much as both mother and son find it innocent and as something that just comes along as part of the job, the filming of the sex scene has been slammed online for being 'perverse' and 'shameful.'
After the sex scene was viewed online, people took to social media to share how uncomfortable they became.

One viewer posted: "Weird her son is directing her in that sex scene," along with a shocked emoji.
Another added: "She’s hot. But that has to be uncomfy..."
"You directed and wrote a scene with your mum having it off with another woman..? That’s f***ed," another wrote.

"Why would he ever want or ask for her to do it and she agree to it," wondered another in response.
"It’s bad enough all the half-naked pics he takes for her. Surely people thinking it’s weird won’t help his directing debut," offered another user.
Mum's the word, I guess.
