New footage has emerged showing Alec Baldwin firing a prop gun on the set of Rust just days before the fatal shooting of Halyna Hutchins.
The 42-year-old cinematographer died after a gun Baldwin was holding discharged a real bullet during filming of the movie in 2021.
Baldwin has always denied pulling the trigger.

Baldwin has previously spoken out about the shooting saying he doesn't feel guilty about accidentally killing Hutchins because he does not consider himself 'responsible' for what occurred.
The actor told George Stephanopoulos on Good Morning America: "I feel that someone is responsible for what happened, and I can't say who that is, but I know it's not me."

Baldwin said he didn't pull the trigger on the gun and would 'never point a gun at anyone' which had the trigger already pulled.
In a series of videos obtained by NBC News, Baldwin can be seen preparing for scenes in the movie. In one of the clips, Baldwin halts filming to check on the crew's safety, and suggests they move to a safer part of the trail.
The videos were requested from Rust Movie Productions LLC by special prosecutors earlier this year.
Baldwin was charged with involuntary manslaughter in January of this year, but the charges were later dropped.

However, last month it was revealed that prosecutors were seeking to recharge Baldwin.
In a statement to NBC News, special prosecutor Kari Morrissey said: “We believe that based on our lengthy and detailed investigation that it is appropriate for a grand jury in New Mexico to make a decision on whether the case should proceed."
This comes after a forensic report in August, obtained by People, suggesting that the trigger of the prop Colt .45 revolver must have been pulled 'sufficiently', according to claims from a firearms expert.

"Although Alec Baldwin repeatedly denies pulling the trigger, given the tests, findings and observations reported here, the trigger had to be pulled or depressed sufficiently to release the fully cocked or retracted hammer of the evidence revolver,” reads the firearms report by experts Lucien Haag and Mike Haag.
In a statement to LADbible last month, Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro of Quinn Emanuel told LADbible: “It is unfortunate that a terrible tragedy has been turned into this misguided prosecution. We will answer any charges in court.”
Should Baldwin be convicted, he could face 18 months in prison.
Rust armourer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was also charged with involuntary manslaughter and is set to go to trial early next year.

She had pleaded not guilty.
