GTA 6 fans have to wait another year for the new game and all that waiting is resulting in a lot of ifs, buts and maybes.
Back in November, Rockstar boss Sam Houser said that the highly anticipated trailer for GTA 6 would be arriving in 'early December' and the video game publisher delivered on their promise.

Rockstar went one step further the following month and revealed that the release date for the first trailer would be on 5 December at 9am ET (2pm UK time).
However, the GTA community was stunned when the trailer unexpectedly dropped a day early.
"Our trailer has leaked so please watch the real thing on YouTube," Rockstar tweeted.
Leaks aside, the trailer itself largely delivered - with the graphics and storyline looking out of this world.

It's set in the very familiar Vice City and we are introduced to a woman called Lucia as one of the lead characters - who is the first-ever female lead character in Grand Theft Auto's history.
Amid the speculation is one idea fans keep harping on about - and that's a prison tier system.
One user suggests that the game should include a prison system online, where players either 'escape or pay off hefty fines'.
Rather than respawning outside the police station, one person said: "I think a prison system similar to Star Citizen would be cool.

"The ability to escape prison and do a mission to remove your bounty by hacking into the police system or something."
Another person agreed: "I would like to see in #GTA6 the legal system in place.
"If you are caught and found guilty of a crime done in the present or past (DNA found at previous crime scene), you are to go to prison and serve out your sentence.
"The prison would be MMORPG [massively multiplayer online role-playing game] and would imitate real life."

Although, it's safe to say that not everyone is on board with it.
A very sweary reply read: "As long as there are no f**king flying scooter missile f**king c***ing things then I'd be OK without a prison system.
"If the oppressor is brought back and the same sad f**kers use it then they should just be put on death row and ultimately, their characters executed.

"Bring back a more gritty experience like GTA 4! Not some sci-fi b**boy cringefest.
"I wanna be s****ed in a dark alleyway, not vaporised by an orbital cannon."
One opinion I kind of agree with is that 'it'll be really fun at first but I can quickly see the novelty wearing off'.
