A former I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! contestant has revealed they used to get drunk during their series.
Antony Worrall Thompson took part in the second series of the iconic show, living in camp with the likes of Changing Rooms star Linda Barker, Coronation Street actor Chris Bisson, and ex-England cricketer Phil Tufnell.

But it would seem that a lot has changed in the 19 years since that series aired.
The celebrity chef, now 71, revealed that he and his fellow campmates would get absolutely plastered at night, and even stormed the production office at one point.
Speaking to The Sun about his experience, Thompson said it was a great laugh.
"We got plenty of alcohol in those days," he admitted. "And I think that's what made it fun.

"We stayed up around the campfire while everyone else went bad and just had a great, great party.
"I was the rebel who led that sort of revolt over a sausage. We managed to get all 10 of us together to say I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here and then they wouldn’t have a show.
"We all stormed the production office, and I remember some guy saying, 'We checked the nutritional value’.

"I said, 'But the nutritional value of one doesn't constitute a meal’."
Thompson went on: "He turned out to be the head of ITV, who I was pointing in his chest.
"I thought he was the nutritionist.
"Yeah, cuz I've done my task, and I got I don't know, your eight stars, I think and they sent in eight sausages and other bits and pieces.

"And we all revolted about that. I managed to get in and I was sort of the main protester, I suppose.
"We whipped them all up and we charged the production office, which in those days, it was across the bridge where they do the exit interview."
To make sure that nothing like this happened again, though, ITV bosses have since put some measures in place.

Thompson added: "They put a drawbridge in ever since my time, so it cost them a lot of money."
So I don't think we will see Matt Hancock charging into the production office anytime soon... well, unless he's run out of camp by the other celebs.
Which is a very real possibility.
