You might associate Lindsay Lohan with The Parent Trap, Mean Girls, or maybe her Netflix comeback film Falling For Christmas.
But we'll bet wouldn't expect to see her in a superhero flick.
Well, Lohan has put the idea out into the universe (the Marvel Cinematic Universe specifically) to see if her dream will come back to her with an offering in reality.

Lohan sat down with Forbes to chat about her future and what she hopes will come next.
"I think I'm always the kind of person that I see what comes and take it as it comes, wherever the scripts lead me," Lohan said.
"I love doing 'rom coms' so that's always something that I'm going to look for and do a ton of when the time is right, but there's definitely other - I've never done an action film."
She then revealed her dream role, which may excite or depress some fans of the superhero movie genre.

"I would love to do something with Marvel - just seeing what comes my way and I'm open to different roles," she said.
Despite Lohan's squeaky-clean and then tumultuous history, fans on social media seem to be all here for it.

One Twitter user said: "I'm not really a fan of Lindsay, but it would be interesting to see her Hollywood comeback through Disney/Marvel."
A second added: "We need her."
A third said: "LEGEND WOULD OUT-SUPERHERO EVERYONE."
Many others called for her to be the next Jean Grey, previously played by Sophie Turner in the 2019 X-Men flick Dark Phoenix.

While the 36-year-old hasn't been seen on the red carpet for more than 10 years, Lohan has returned to the small screen to start off.
Her first foray? A cheesy Christmas film on Netflix, Falling for Christmas, which also stars Chord Overstreet from Glee.
She plays the lead role of Sierra in the rom-com, who is a hotel heiress suffering from amnesia after a bad skiing accident.

"I just felt like it was time, and it was just a matter of time before I found the right script and I found it with Falling for Christmas," she told Yahoo Entertainment.
"It just worked out perfectly."
Lohan added that she had missed working, being on set, and making movies for her fans.
And fans are loving her back on their small screens.
One social media user said: "What a comeback! Can’t wait for more of your movies."
Another added: "Makes me so happy to see your movie! It was a flashback of my childhood see you again in movies."
A third said: "It was everything I ever hoped for in a Christmas movie."
So don't call it a comeback. Lohan is here and in full form.
