Singer Matty Healy is once again at the centre of controversy after leaving The 1975 fans absolutely horrified by eating a raw tomahawk steak on stage.
The 'Chocolate' star took to the stage at Finsbury Park in London over the weekend (2 July) alongside a bunch of fellow bands including Cigarettes After Sex, Bleachers, Japanese House and American Football.
At the end of the set, the British musician began unbuttoning his shirt, slugged a few swigs of wine straight from the bottle, got on his knees and sunk his gnashers into a hunk of raw steak leading the crowd to erupt in a chorus of gasps.

As if things couldn't get even weirder, Healy then finished up the final act by kicking off his shoes and doing a load of protein-fuelled push-ups before climbing head-first into a TV set.
Crowd footage from the concert has since made its rounds on social media with many left totally stunned by the stunt.
One TikTok user penned: "I was so lost when this happened. It started so normal."

A second commented: "This is awful."
"I want to burn my eyes," revealed a third.
Others, however, clearly weren't as fussed by the whole ordeal, with one writing: "Just feels like a waste of a good steak to me!"

"Edgy," wrote a second, while a third called the puzzling act 'literally iconic'.
Some were more concerned with the health and safety of consuming a hunk of raw steak with one TikTok user asking: "Is that safe to do?"
The answer is no - absolutely not.
The NHS has encouraged people to not eat raw meat, stating: "It's important to prepare and cook food safely. Cooking meat properly ensures that harmful bacteria on the meat are killed.

"If meat is not cooked all the way through, these bacteria may cause food poisoning.
"Bacteria and viruses can be found all the way through poultry and certain meat products (such as burgers). This means you need to cook poultry and these sorts of meat products all the way through."
It concluded: "When meat is cooked all the way through, its juices run clear and there is no pink or red meat left inside."
While it may have come as a shock to some - hardcore fans of The 1975 know that this is oddly a fairly common occurrence, with Healy previously filmed eating raw meat on stage in Madison Square Garden.

And this is by no means the first controversy surrounding the 'Girls' hit-maker who has recently been publicly called out for racism by artist, Rina Sawayama, at Glastonbury Fest after admitting to watching racially controversial pornography titled 'Ghetto Gaggers'.
He also received backlash after kissing a security guard at a concert leading many fans of Taylor Swift - who is believed to have been dating Healy at the time - to reconsider her relationship with him.
Who knows what on earth he'll do next.
