Former Oasis singer Noel Gallagher found himself in possibly the most awkward situation imaginable as an entire restaurant full of people clapped along to 'Wonderwall' in front of him.
You know that feeling when a crowd of people start singing 'Happy Birthday' to you, or when you're given some sort of public shoutout in school or work? When you want nothing more than to curl into yourself but really just have to sit there and smile politely? I imagine that's exactly how Gallagher felt at this particular moment.

The singer-songwriter will no doubt be used to having people singing his songs at him, especially the acoustic-guitar, end-of-the-night classic that is 'Wonderwall', but a TikTok video of people clapping along to it proves he really can't catch a break.
The footage was captured by a fan in Ibiza, where Gallagher appeared to be trying to enjoy a nice meal and a glass of wine with his family, probably thinking: "Today is gonna be the day... that I get to enjoy a nice meal in peace."
Unfortunately, that's not what happened, as the restaurant's DJ decided to crank up the music for all to hear, prompting other customers to clap along. When the song came to an end, Gallagher's wife, Sara MacDonald, joined the crowd in clapping and cheering.

Gallagher, who could be seen smiling while the song played, eventually joined in with the applause in the way people do when they're trying to acknowledge the efforts of everyone else and desperately divert the attention away from themselves.
A caption alongside the video reads (translated): "Everyone singing their song. I think he was a bit embarrassed hehe."
The clip was first posted on TikTok and has since been shared on Twitter, where it received thousands of views and dozens of comments from amused viewers.

One Twitter user responded: "Nothing better than being on a quiet vacation in Ibiza and listening to your beloved brother singing for the 1000000000000th time Wonderwall."
Another expressed the belief Gallagher was more appreciative than embarrassed, writing: "I think he's flattered; they just want to show their appreciation of his song writing talent and he gracefully accepted their praise - he's cool."
Gallagher doesn't appear to have responded to the video publicly to clear up his thoughts on the situation, and instead is probably more likely just trying to enjoy his holiday.
The singer was spotted with his wife on board a luxury yacht in Formentera earlier this week, and was also seen taking a stroll on the beach.
