Sandra Bullock has opened up about a particularly awkward moment while filming a nude scene with co-star Ryan Reynolds.
The pair starred in 2009 rom-com The Proposal about demanding boss Margaret (played by Bullock) who orders her assistant Andrew (played by Reynolds) to marry her so she can keep her US visa.
The movie was a box office success and holds a respectable 6.7 on IMDB - and, during a recent interview, Bullock has admitted that one scene got altogether less respectable for Reynolds.

The scene sees Margaret and Andrew accidentally smashing their naked bodies together after she hops out the shower and he strips off following a run, with both characters mortified at seeing the other in the nude.
Meanwhile, in real life things were almost as awkward after Reynolds ended up with a bit of a wardrobe malfunction.
Speaking on the About Last Night podcast, she said: "Ryan and I have these flesh-coloured things stuck to our privates, my hair is strategically over the nipples and Ryan's little — not little, at all! It's just whatever's there, and I don't know because I didn't see it, I didn't look!"

Bullock went on to stress that Reynolds nether regions were ‘protected and caressed and stuck wherever it needed to be stuck’ and that after the two stars collided the director would yell ‘cut’ but neither of them could really move.
This resulted in Reynolds ‘on his back with his knees up’ while Bullock was ‘resting on his knees, just waiting’. Sounds like an interesting day at work.
And if that isn’t quite awkward enough for you, things then took a turn for the worse for the poor actor.

Bullock went on: "I hear Anne Fletcher [director] from the darkness go, ‘Ryan, we can see your ball sack!’ I'm like, ‘Oh God!’ because you wanna look down, but I'm like, ‘Don't look down. Don't look down’.”
Bullock said that following Fletcher’s announcement the crew then scrambled and ‘spun around to see if they could find a monitor’, with the star adding: "I was like, ‘Anne, there's a way to present that information'.”
Fortunately, Reynolds didn’t seem too put out by the potentially embarrassing moment, according to Bullock.
"In friendship, you just didn't care; it wasn't my business to look, it's just there, and then Anne just bringing everyone's focus to that area,” she added.

"Ryan was just so cool, unflappable. He is absolutely unflappable.”
