Joe Lycett is definitely getting to grips with Channel 4's remit to be 'a disruptive, innovative force' on your TV screens after his show cut to a nudist spa.
On last night's (19 April) episode of Late Night Lycett he had Paddy McGuinness and Alesha Dixon on as guests but also got singer Sinitta in via video link.
She appeared to be relaxing and receiving a hand massage in a spa, only for the camera to pull out and reveal that she was in a nudist spa as other people milling around were completely naked.

While Sinitta had been saying she was 'so relaxed I can barely speak' in the spa, everyone watching the video link then saw a naked bloke walk in to offer the singer a drink.
The camera then revealed that lying next to Sinitta was another visitor to the spa who was also naked.
It's probably fair to say that Paddy McGuinness and Alesha Dixon didn't know where to look in the moment, with both of them turning away and hiding their faces.

Lycett joked that the crew wouldn't be able to keep up with censoring everyone's bits and quipped that 'we're very body positive on this show'.
That as the case may be, one might spare a thought for the producers who were already having to deal with the rigmarole of live TV.
Then there's the reactions from everyone watching at home, as it seems the Late Night Lycett audience very much enjoyed what they were seeing.
"Seeing Sinitta live on Channel 4 in a nudist spa was not on my 2024 bingo card," one viewer commented on social media, while another said the show was 'bonkers' and 'brilliant'.

Someone else said the show was 'such a tonic', saying they loved 'Paddy McGuinness calling out the Tories' and everything that happened with 'Sinitta at the spa'.
More piled in to say Late Night Lycett was 'packed full of live energy' and a 'beautifully, brilliantly unhinged' show.
If this is what's going to be on Channel 4's late Friday night slot when The Last Leg isn't on then it seems to be going well for them and Lycett.

That's two shows of Late Night Lycett down and plenty more to go, so to get a first look at whatever stunt the comedian pulls next, you'll need to be on Channel 4 at 10pm sharp - and remember that it's all going out live.
