The gruelling show is back with a bunch of new recruits hoping to make it through ‘Jungle Hell’ - an SAS selection course set in the Vietnamese jungle. You can see the grim scenes here:
But after the most recent episode aired, some viewers were left feeling sick after seeing close-up shots of the toll the jungle has taken on the contestants’ feet.

The stomach-churning images showed the poor recruits' feet looked battered and sore, with plaster and bandages covering up large areas.
Presenter and former UK Special Forces soldier explained that keeping your feet healthy and well can be a huge challenge when living in the jungle.
He explained: "The hardest thing you will have to deal with in the jungle is jungle rot.
"You've got to look after all the bits of your body, especially your feet as that's the only way you are getting around."

This season has been branded the toughest yet, with the 20 recruits flying out to Thung Ui, North Vietnam, to push themselves to their physical and mental limits.
Commenting on the horrific new landscape, Billy Billingham MBE QCB, the new Chief Instructor, said: "Finally back in the jungle, this is my baby. I have a lot of experience in this. I’ll take the lead…the jungle phase of selection was the hardest part of my military career. I’ve never felt so relieved for something to be over."
Rudy Reyes says that the Vietnamese jungle 'isn’t some gap year holiday destination' and will 'kill you if you underestimate it'.

And if that didn't sound bad enough, Foxy added: "You've got the jungle around you with all the plants, all the animals, all the insects that try to get you.
"And then to top it all off, the humidity feels like another creature. An alien one that's just trying to suck the soul out of you. It’s a horrible place."
While new DS Chris Oliver warned: "The jungle will eat, sting and bite them from the minute they’re exposed to it and that’s even before the DS get their hands on the recruits.”
And that’s before we even get to the jungle rot.
