Mark 1 March 2023 on your calendars people, because that's when the first episode is slated for release.
Disney has once again done their classic move of playing a teaser that only in-person attendees of the Star Wars Celebration could see earlier this year.

Nevertheless, we do know a few snippets about the clip which can help suss out the plot.
One of the main focuses of the trailer seems to be concerning Din Djarin’s (Pedro Pascal) exile from the Mandalorians after he removed his helmet in season 2, Din can only get forgiveness by visiting the now wasteland of Mandalore.
The teaser shows the first live action shots ever seen of Mandalore, as Din’s ship heads to the destroyed planet.
Another interesting point, is that the teaser appears to put a lot of emphasis on Clone Wars favourite Bo Katan.

Shots can be seen of the antagonist with Grogu, which has led to questions of a team up between the two, despite Bo Katan’s mission to take the Darksaber from Din.
She can be seen sitting on a throne, remarking that she’s unimpressed with the Mandolorian.
Carl Weathers will be returning for the third instalment as Greef Karga, even though he only featured in one episode of the last season.

Another important appearance will be Omid Abtahi once again taking on his role as Doctor Pershing, the antagonist who appeared in the teaser.
But we are yet to know what his role will be in season 3 of The Mandalorian.
Giancarlo Esposito has also confirmed that he will be returning as Moff Gideon, who is sure to provide problems for Mando and Grogu on their journeys.
