If your voracious appetite for crime dramas is not yet sated, and perhaps never will be, then there's a dark detective thriller you'd better add to the never-ending list of things you must get round to watching.
Fortunately it's just been added to BBC iPlayer so Brits can easily watch it, provided you've paid your TV licence, of course.

Anyhow, the show itself is The Gone, a crime drama produced by New Zealand and Ireland which follows the story of an Irish couple who go missing on the other side of the world.
The resulting investigation sees an Irish detective working with New Zealand police as they attempt to crack the case and navigate the 'dark history' at play.
'Has trouble found them, or did they go looking for it?' a synopsis of The Gone asks, and if you want to find the answer then you're just going to have to watch the show.
That's what plenty of others have done, though it may be more accurate to say they've been binge-watching The Gone as there's only six episodes to the series, and the drama is compelling enough to rattle through and keep watching the next episode.
The crime drama is so 'gripping' for viewers that they just can't tap out of the show who've said it's 'well worth a watch', and declared they'd 'def stick with it if I were you'.

Without wanting to give too much away one viewer did rave 'WHAT A CLIFFHANGER on the last ep'.
If you were thinking it'd be one and done for The Gone, it sounds like you'll be pleasantly surprised.
In fact, filming for a second season started in New Zealand last month and there's set to be more scenes shot in Ireland later on this year, so they're making the follow-up now.

On top of that, it's got a stellar cast, and if you're a fan of the likes of Kin and Gangs of London, then you'll likely recognise some familiar faces.
Gangs of London (and Game of Thrones, if we're being honest) star Michelle Fairley appears in The Gone, while you can also see Kin actors Thommas Kane Byrne and and Dane Whyte O'Hara in the series.
If those shows were up your street then you really ought to stick The Gone on your to-watch list.
Six episodes now and another season in the works for a 'gripping' crime drama, what's not to love?
