The truth has been revealed about where the cast of Celebrity Traitors really stayed during filming for the BBC show.
The first spin-off of the hit BBC reality show airs tonight with an absolutely star-studded line-up. Joining Claudia Winkleman as the iconic host of the show are celebs such as Stephen Fry, recently viral YouTuber Niko Omilana, Paloma Faith, Lucy Beaumont, Cat Burns, and Joe Marler.
This doesn’t even include huge names such as Celia Imrie, Alan Carr, and Tom Daley among the massive cast of celebs appearing.

The celebrities will all be competing for a £100,000 prize fund in the social deception game in which the ‘faithful’ have to root out the three ‘traitors’ amongst them.
The stakes in the original version of The Traitors revolve around regular people trying to win the money for themselves.
No one wants to watch a bunch of celebs who already have a load of money fight over the prize fund, however.
As a result, Celebrity Traitors has been confirmed to see celebrities battle it out for the £100,000 to be donated to a charity of their choice.

Whilst watching the original show, you’d easily think that the contestants end up sleeping in the majestic castle where the series is filmed.
This was, however, revealed not to be the case for the regular show, nor for the celebrity version of the show either.
In both the regular and celebrity versions of the show, filming takes place at Ardross Castle in Inverness.
Despite this, though, contestants in Traitors and Celebrity Traitors instead stay at a hotel by the airport, the Courtyard by Marriott.

For anyone picturing them staying in the castle or, at the very least, in atmospheric little cottages nearby, your dream is over, I’m afraid.
With the show starting tonight, fans will be ecstatic about the launch of the series, which will feature celebrities starring in the UK version for the first time.
Claudia Winkleman, discussing the series before its launch, said: “You think you know these people, and then you watch them play this game, and I was awestruck by the way they played it - with empathy, with wit and with real smarts.”
Speaking to BBC Breakfast today, one of the winners of the most recent season of The Traitors, Leanne Quigley, said that the upcoming show was interesting because many of the celebs would know each other by reputation.
She went on to add: “They know what it's like to have cameras around them all the time, whereas we didn't, so they're going to know how to be on TV.

"So it's going to be interesting to see if they immerse themselves in the game, because I know for certain it's really difficult not to get involved and emotional, and play the game wholeheartedly."
Celebrity Traitors premieres tonight on BBC One at 9pm.
