Freddie Flintoff's near-fatal Top Gear crash which left him with 'life-altering injuries' has been shown for the first time in a trailer for the former cricket star's newest documentary.
Flintoff is opening up in detail about the incident for the first time in a new Disney+ documentary simply titled Flintoff.
Speaking in the first trailer for the doc, he says: "I remember everything about it… it’s so vivid."

The former Top Gear host first spoke in detail about the incident in last year's Freddie Flintoff's Field of Dreams, saying that he 'struggles with anxiety' and has flashbacks and nightmares as a result of the injuries.
The trailer shows footage for the first time of the crash Flintoff was involved in whilst filming Top Gear.
Speaking in the trailer, the actor speaks about his frustration with the attention surrounding his crash, showing clips of paparazzi trying to get footage of his face following his injuries.
He said: "I’ve lived under the radar for seven months, one of the real frustrations was the speculation, that’s why I’m doing this now, (about) what actually happened."

The crash took place in December 2022 when Flintoff flipped a Morgan Super 3 whilst not wearing a helmet.
Fellow host Chris Harris has since come forward and raised that he spoke on the day about safety concerns with the shoot, with the BBC and Flintoff eventually coming to a £9 million settlement.
Harris explained what happened in an interview with Joe Rogan, saying in 2024: "He wasn't wearing a crash helmet. And if you do that, even at 25, 30 miles an hour, the injuries that you sustain are profound. I was there on the day, I was the only presenter with Fred that day.

"I remember the radio message that I heard... I heard someone say this has been a real accident here. The car's upside down.

"So I ran to the window, looked out and he wasn't moving. So I thought he was dead. I assumed he was, then he moved."
Flintoff was travelling at just 22 miles per hour, but sustained broken ribs and serious facial injuries.
Speaking on Field of Dreams, the cricket star said: "I genuinely should not be here after what happened.
"This will be a long road back and I’ve only just started, I’m stuck already.
“I need help, and I realise I’m not the best at asking for it. I need to stop crying every two minutes. I’ve got to look at the positives, haven’t I?

“I’m still here, I’ve got another chance, I’ve got to go at it. I’m seeing that as how it is, a second go."
The trailer for the documentary also features interviews with James Corden and Jack Whitehall, Flintoff's longtime friends and former A League of Their Own co-hosts.
