The exact location of the I’m A Celeb 2024 camp has been confirmed.
This comes not long after fans realised it had a ‘fake jungle and roof’.
For many, the production of the show in Australia is a mystery. Are they actually being dumped in a jungle? Do they secretly get food when the cameras are off? Do they really smell that bad?

The answer to the first two questions is a resounding no it appears, and the first is entirely up to your interpretation, but based on interviews given by those around the show, it’s a yes.
This year’s I’m A Celeb has a cast that has been well liked all around (with the exception of one or two) and have received praise as a collective for the way they’ve responded to certain situations, such as Barry McGuigan opening up early on about his late daughter.
Tulisa, Coleen Rooney, GK Barry, Maura Higgins and Danny Jones haven’t been dropped in the middle of some remote jungle; however, they’re in a national park in New South Wales, Australia.

The camp this year is located in Springbrook National Park in Murwillumbah, New South Wales, Australia.
In addition to this, as viewers were shocked to find out earlier this month, the camp actually has a fake jungle and roof.
Supposedly, the secret roof is in part to avoid the expensive crew equipment being hit by downpours.

While it does cover parts of the camp to prevent rain, a Daily Mail insider pointed out that it is not a complete roof - and it doesn’t fully protect the camp-mates from the rain.
They said: “A lot of the camp is not under shelter – it’s not like the roof at Wimbledon”.
Alison Hammond appeared on the show in 2010, and spoke to GK Barry (prior to her stint in the jungle) about the experience on her podcast.
She said: “No, you can't [sunbathe].

“There's trees everywhere and also they've got this canopy for lighting.
“You feel like you're on a camping film set but you can't see the cameras."
