Channel 4's award-winning show The Dog House is coming back for another series, but they need your help.
The show follows the work down at Woodgreen Pets Charity in Cambridgeshire as they try to find new homes for rescue dogs by matching the personalities of the dog and owner.
Sadly, Woodgreen has seen a 42 percent rise in stray dogs they've taken in over the past year and adoption centres are more full than ever with abandoned dogs that need someone to love them, that means they've got loads of good dogs who need a forever home.
Advert
What they really need now is someone to provide that home, and that's where you come in, dear reader.
Just think of the benefits of owning a dog! 92 percent of dog owners say a canine companion has improved their life, with 88 percent saying it's boosted their mental health and 86 percent saying it's made them more physically healthy.
The Dog House needs people who are thinking about looking after a rescue dog and would be happy to share their reasons for it with the C4 show.
Anyone who wants to apply should head over to Channel 4's Take Part page for The Dog House, or they can email [email protected] to talk about getting involved.
Now you know what owning a dog could do for you, let's meet some of the precious pooches who need your help...
Buddy

Advert
Handsome Cocker Spaniel Buddy is looking for his very own buddy!
An understanding family who are up for lots of spaniel fun and adventures, and who can support him when he feels worried, will help two-year-old buddy flourish.
He needs an adult-only home as he gets a little anxious around unfamiliar people. But once he’s bonded with you, he can be very excitable, and you’ll see his happy and loving side.
Dash

Advert
Mongrel Dash is looking for a committed, training-minded new owner who can support him in building his confidence around other dogs and the ways of the world.
This one-year-old boy was admitted to Woodgreen in December and is still searching for his perfect home.
He’ll need his own secure, private garden where he can burn off some energy in a safe space.
Dash sometimes finds his walks a little scary, as he hasn’t seen much of the world, so a garden will help him to figure out the world at his own pace.
Daenerys

Advert
Six-year-old Saluki Daenerys is a stunning girl with her crown of pale golden beauty – just liker her namesake from Game of Thrones!
She is Woodgreen’s longest resident over the past 12 months, having been searching for a home since August last year.
Daenerys is looking for a female-only adult home with someone who has the time and patience to help her come out of her shell.
In return, she’ll be your loyal best friend and put a smile on your face every single day.
Jules

Advert
Beautiful German Shepherd Cross Jules arrived at Woodgreen as a stray in December.
The two-year-old is a bouncy and happy young dog. She’s full of beans and loves playing with her toys.
Jules has lots of potential and will shine in the right home. She’s a naturally curious girl who adores being a part of everything that’s going on around her.
Whether it’s helping out with daily activities or simply keeping an eye on things, Jules enjoys being in the middle of the action!
Mona

Two-year-old Lurcher Mona is a sweet and loving girl who’s been looking for her forever home since February.
She can be a little shy and sensitive but once her personality comes through, she is great fun!
Mona loves zoomies in the garden and making new friends with everyone she meets – both human and canine kind.
Remember, if you'd like to help these delightful dogs and others head over to Channel 4's Take Part page for The Dog House, or email [email protected].
