MrBeast has revealed the key values that people need to follow to succeed, based on his own journey to becoming a billionaire.
If the American content creator speaks about becoming successful, we should probably listen.
After all, he's got over 364 million subscribers and upwards of 73 billion views on his main channel alone.

Jimmy Donaldson, the YouTube maestro who goes by MrBeast online, made an appearance on Steven Bartlett's Diary of a CEO podcast, and spoke about everything from people that he wouldn't hire to exactly how much he's worth.
Host Bartlett brought up MrBeast's handbook, even mentioning that other CEOs had referenced the handy guide to him in the past as a useful tool.
It turns out that Donaldson penned the easy-to-follow handbook when he was just 22 years old for new employees at MrBeast LLC.

He explained: "I wrote that when I was 22, so there are some things that I read, I'm like 'oh wow I was an idiot', but for the most part most of it still stands the test of time and I do think it's very helpful."
Bartlett himself admitted that the handbook circulated around their own Slack channels. It might be the world's first viral employee handbook.
Only MrBeast, eh?
Saying that 'it's funny' that it became popular, he also suggested that he should update it.

"The core crux of it is extreme ownership and don't make excuses and you know...
"When I was writing that, it was a different time back then because I had no idea what I was doing when I was 21/22 and I just found that I was constantly telling and teaching people the same things over and over again," he admitted.
Highlighting the main points, he summed up: "It was always, take extreme ownership and take accountability - sure I guess [something] was out of your control, but it could have been in your control if you just thought through it more, if you just really cared."

Other points that Donaldson highlighted were obsessing over improvement, and that the hours you work don't really matter, it's all about results.

The influencer runs multiple businesses, holding up these same values, such as creativity helping to save money, and taking accountability for tasks going wrong when you delegate tasks.
It also comes as no surprise that Donaldson believes that speed is key to success, and that there's no real flexibility when it comes to modern media.
