If you have ever considered yourself a die-hard fan, then you might need to think again as one Ed Sheeran superfan has trumped everyone by revealing she’s having a baby with the popstar’s lookalike.
Amanda Baron used to joke that she would marry the Thinking Out Loud hitmaker, who is happily married to Cherry Seaborn.
And while Ed is firmly off the cards, the 37-year-old has found love with the next best thing – his doppelgänger Ty Jones, 27.

The couple have been together for a year and are now expecting their first child after meeting at an Ed Sheeran gig.
She told The Sun: "I thought my friends were having me on when they said he was a lookalike.
"I always wanted to go out with a ginge, and now I’ve got the best one – apart from the real Ed, obviously."

Mum-of-four Amanda is hoping their baby girl will have ginger hair like dad Ty, who works full-time as an Ed-a-like.
Amanda, from Carrington, Greater Manchester, added: "We’ve been playing Ed’s songs to her, and we’re both hoping she loves him just as much as we do."
And while the pair eagerly await their daughter’s arrival in July, Ty admitted he struggled with dating before meeting Amanda, fearing that women were just attracted to him due to his uncanny similarity to Ed.

He said: "I have to weigh up if [women] are just interested in me because I’m the next best thing to Ed. But with Amanda, it’s been amazing. She’s the best."
Elsewhere, award-winning singer-songwriter Ed, 31, welcomed his first child, a daughter named Lyra, with wife Cherry in August 2020.
Announcing the joyous news at the time, the musician shared a photo of a baby blanket and socks on Instagram.

Captioning the post, he wrote: "Ello! A quick message from me as I have some personal news that I wanted to share with you... Last week, with the help of an amazing delivery team, Cherry gave birth to our beautiful and healthy daughter – Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran.
"We are completely in love with her. Both mum and baby are doing amazing and we are on cloud nine over here. We hope that you can respect our privacy at this time. Lots of love and I'll see you when it's time to come back."
Sheeran and Seaborn remain fairly private about their personal life together, having kept fans guessing about their official status after marrying in secret.

They announced their engagement back in January 2018, but never publicly confirmed a wedding had taken place, despite various hints that they had tied the knot.
In 2019, however, Sheeran subtly mentioned their nuptials during an interview with iHeartRadio, when he was asked about the lyrics of 'Remember the Name', specifically the verse that says: "Watch how the lyrics in the songs might get twisted / My wife wears red, but looks better without the lipstick."
Sheeran explained that he'd written the song before he and Seaborn wed, but knew that by the time the song was released they'd be husband and wife.
"It was actually before me and Cherry got married and I knew that we'd be married by the point that the song came out," he said.
"[I thought] Someone's gonna hear that and be like, 'Oh, they're married!' I didn't know how that would be construed, but obviously it's already come out."
