Clear the calendar, folks, as Final Fantasy is back, and it’s bigger than ever.
The first fully-fledged Action RPG in the mainline Final Fantasy series will see a dark fantasy world where the fate of the land is in the hands of mighty creatures known as Eikons and the Dominants who seize control.
The PlayStation 5 game will follow Clive Rosfield, a skilled swordsman and First Shield of Rosaria, tasked with protecting his younger brother Joshua - Dominant of the Phoenix.

But if you’ve never dabbled in this franchise, not to worry, as Final Fantasy XVI welcomes new and familiar players to a brand new story, world and characters of this beloved game.

However, peace is now threatened with the mothercrystal fading as a destructive force called The Blight takes over. Players will play as Clive as he battles against his enemies in intense real-time action combat.
