For the 26 percent of men who are unhappy about their penis size, here's one thing you can do.
In 2019, a whopping 4,109 men were sampled in a study published in JAMA Network Open, showing that approximately 26.4 percent of men were dissatisfied with their penis size in the US.
And Dr. Arkady Lipnitsky has revealed one way you can apparently reverse 'penis shrinkage'.
Taking to YouTube channel ReBalance in 2023, the medical professional said that while it's important to eat healthy and drink less booze, there's something else you could be doing to help.

"Make sure you maintain a healthy lifestyle. Eat healthy food, drink less alcohol, especially beer, because beer drops testosterone," he began.
"And of course, start exercising, besides the cardiovascular and strength training exercise, it's important to incorporate a pelvic floor exercise into your daily routine."
The New York based doctor said pelvic floor exercises can 'help to improve the blood flow to the penis, which can help to prevent the penile shrinkage'.
"It also can improve your erection and prevent erectile dysfunction problems," he explained. "You can learn how to do the pelvic floor exercises in this video, wear loose fitting underwear."

Other reasons why men's penises shrink over time

Chemist Click's Abbas Kanani has revealed a number of reasons why men's penises can shrink over time.
Smoking
"There are chemicals found in cigarettes, such as nicotine and carbon monoxide, which cause blood vessels to constrict and reduce blood flow," Kanani told The Sun.

"They also decrease the production and availability of nitric oxide, which is vital for the dilation of blood vessels and the initiation of erection."
Weight
It turns out that maintaining a healthy body weight with regular physical activity is important to maintaining a healthy manhood.
"Poor circulation and hormonal imbalances can occur if you do not exercise enough or are overweight," Kanani adds.
Health conditions
He said: "Blood vessel damage caused by high blood sugar levels in people with diabetes impair the supply of blood to the penis.

"As a result, tissues can become deprived of oxygen and nutrients causing shrinkage. Cardiovascular disease causes plaque to build up in the arteries and restricts blood flow around the body, including the penis causing it to appear shorter in length."
