Jonah Hill hilariously posted a video on his Instagram denying Baby Yoda's involvement with the actor's black eye. Watch below:
The 38-year-old has addressed the internet's 'rumours' of a 'falling out' between himself the Star Wars character.
In the viral clip, Hill says: "I’m going to say this once and once only.
"This black eye is from my surfboard.
"It is not from a fist fight I got into with Baby Yoda because of our falling out."
However, in his caption, the actor opted to add fuel to the fire, writing: "That being said I do officially challenge Baby Yoda to a @verzuztv battle [a virtual DJ battle].
"And @disneyplus definitely did NOT pay me off to protect the fact that one of their marquee stars has a big mouth and would definitely catch hands if he didn’t sucker punch me with his little baby green fist."
This all began, last month, when Oscar winner Leonardo DiCaprio tried to convince his mate Jonah to watch The Mandalorian.
Unfortunately, Hill says he's not really a fan of sci-fi, candidly telling W Magazine that he 'just did not give a f***' about the show.
The actor admitted: "Leo made me watch The Mandalorian when we were making Don't Look Up, and it was like, Baby Yoda was so cute, but I just didn't give a f*** because I didn't know anything that it was about."
Following the comments, he quickly made clear he meant no disrespect to the beloved Star Wars character.
He joked: "They’re literally trying to create beef between me and Baby Yoda.
"I’m getting ahead of it. I wanna say this once on the record officially: Baby Yoda and I are dear friends and text at least once a week.
"We may not be text every day type of friends and yes Covid put a strain on our friendship, but we are all good.
"And that’s all I will say on this matter! Now please respect our privacy at this time."
One user wrote: "Wow. Really messed up what you did to Baby Yoda."
Another added: "Idk man i’m team baby yoda on this one u did him dirty."
