KSI responds after woman pays more than £1000 for Prime

He's pleaded with his fans to stop buying at sky-high prices

KSI has responded after one woman claimed to have spent a whopping £1,200 for 12 bottles of his energy drink Prime.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past couple of months, you’re quite likely to have seen the huge demand for bottles of Prime, with chaos breaking out in Aldi and bottles selling for hundreds online. You can see KSI getting angry about the prices here:

Now, Prime co-creator KSI has pleaded with fans not to purchase bottles at sky-high prices.

In a post on TikTok he shared a clip from Wakey Wines in which a woman could be seen proudly holding her 12 bottles of Prime, which claimed she had spent a staggering £1,200 on.

Responding to the clip, KSI screamed: “Oh my God! No! He can’t keep getting away with this. Stop buying it at these prices.”

His post was soon flooded with comments from fans with one person posting: “I saw some in a shop 10 pound a bottle.”

Another said: “Who is buying Prime for £100 a can?”

Someone else joked: “Too late just sold my house for a pack of Prime."

People have been going mad for Prime.

And a fourth added: “Nahhh I got a shop next to my local petrol station and it sells a bottle of prime for £12.99.”

This isn’t the first time KSI has spoken about the price hikes, earlier this week he said: "No do not pay that much for Prime, I know people want Prime OK, just wait or camp out Asda nice and early, get in Asda nice and early and pay £2, OK, £2 for Prime.

"£2 is way better than £25 bro, why. Come on man this is outrageous. You should not be paying £25 for one bottle of Prime."

The woman travelled from Sheffield to Wakefield to spend £1,200 on Prime Energy.

The shop shown in KSI TikTok video, Wakefield’s Wakey Wines, saw itself banned from TikTok on Monday, with the owner claiming a ‘well-known influencer’ had attempted to ‘tarnish’ his business.

In a statement, he said: “Hi guys, today there is a well known influencer trying to tarnish my business I have been building up for years.

"I have now been banned off TikTok at 500k I've been working so hard for this.

"All of my videos are all for fun, I saw a business idea with WFD sweets just like any other business man and I took the opportunity.

"Some jealous horrible people. Please report these posts and help me!

"Thank you to my fans always, Wakey Wines."
