Levi Davis is being searched for by police divers in the port of Barcelona.
The 24-year-old rugby player, who appeared on X-Factor in 2019, went missing last year - last seen in Barcelona's city centre at 10:05pm on 29 October.
Police told Davis' mum, Julie, they received reports of a man in the water calling out to staff onboard a cruise ship - reports which lead them to believe the 24-year-old may have drowned.
