Tom Holland has said that his friends “wouldn’t like him” if he “behaved like some of the people from Hollywood”.
The Spider Man star recently appeared on ITV’s This Morning to discuss his new film Uncharted, where Holly Willoughby remarked that throughout all his success, he has remained humble.
Holland, 25, thanked the This Morning co-host, before replying: “I just have a great network of friends and family.

“My friends at home were all [my] friends from when I was a kid. My family are the first people to tell me if I’m having a moment of, I guess, ‘movie stardom’.
“They keep me grounded, and I guess I don’t want to change. I like my mates and they wouldn’t like me if I behave like some of the people from Hollywood, I guess,” he told co-hosts Willoughby and Josie Gibson.
Gibson then addressed the speculation that No Way Home could be his last time reprising the role of Spider Man for Holland.

Holland addressed the rumours, stating: “I mean, it could be. But the first one could have been my last one, you know?
“But you know, for me, I have absolutely loved every minute of playing Spider Man, but if it’s time to give the next lucky kid an opportunity to do it, I would step down proudly.
Holland began his acting career on the West End, having starred in Billy Elliot the Musical from 2008 and 2010.
The actor went onto land a handful of film roles – the biggest being 2012 disaster film The Impossible, in which he starred alongside Naomi Watts and Ewan McGregor.

It was his role as Spider-Man, however, that saw him shoot to international fame, having now featured as the web-slinger in six Marvel films, including the latest, Spider-Man: No Way Home.
