Kevin Ford, the Burger King employee who has never missed a day of work in 27 years, has revealed he’s been ‘flooded’ with job offers.
Ford went viral earlier this month when he revealed he’d only received a goodie bag in recognition of his 27 years of service to the company.
He’s now been getting job offers from all across the country, but Ford admitted he’d only consider leaving the fast food chain for one gig in particular.

Speaking to TMZ, Ford said potential employers have been knocking on his door offering ‘a wide range of career choices’.
One company that restores classic cars offered Ford a job, but he turned it down because ‘it’s not his thing’.
Ford, who lives in Las Vegas, was also offered a role hundreds of miles away in South Carolina by a restaurant manager who said they’d be ‘honoured’ to work beside him.

Ford would have been working at a beachside restaurant with ‘unbeatable’ tacos, but the job wasn’t for him.
One woman living in Texas even reached out to Ford offering to write him a new CV, but Ford insisted he has no plans to leave Burger King – unless a career in the music industry comes knocking.
Ford told TMZ that making music is his ‘dream job’, and seeing as he’s already raised $170,550 (£138,000) via a GoFundMe launched by his daughter, a music career could well be on the cards.

Ford’s daughter Sernya launched the donation page after a video of her father receiving a rather measly goodie bag from the fast-food franchise, despite nearly 30 years of service, went viral on TikTok.
Ford said he felt the company sent him a load of stuff 'they had lying around', including a bag of Reese's, a Starbucks reusable cup, two pens and one movie ticket.
In the description of her dad’s GoFundMe, Sernya wrote: “He has worked at his job for 27 years and yes, he has never missed a day of work.

"He originally began working at this job as a single father when he gained custody of me and my older sister 27 years ago.
“Then as our family grew and he remarried, he continued to work here because of the amazing health insurance that was provided through this employer because it was unionised.”
She added: “My dad continues to work here, because though he does look young, he is coming up on retirement age and leaving would cost him his retirement.
“In no way are we asking for money or is he expecting any money but if anyone feels like blessing him he would love to visit his grandchildren.”

While appearing on NewsNationNow, Ford admitted that he was ‘overwhelmed’ by the support.
“The generosity of these people is just overwhelming," he said.
"I've been crying for three days now. I can't believe it. I really can't."
He added: “Thank you for everything, everyone; I love you.”
