The man who went viral for eating a tub of paint that he thought was yoghurt has died, his family have said.
Viral grandad Bobby was said to have passed away in his sleep back in June at the age of 91.
A statement from his family reads: "Today would’ve been Bobby’s 92nd birthday.

"For those who don’t know, he passed away peacefully in his sleep this June.
"And though he’s missed tremendously, he really did live a long, happy, healthy & fulfilling life as a doctor, musician, father, and grandfather.
"He loved nothing more than to make people laugh, so having the internet as his audience truly meant the world to him.

"Huge thanks to everyone who’s supported Bobby boy over the years — I’m confident you guys will keep his legend alive."
The grandad become an online sensation in 2019 after slurping down half a can of paint, believing it to be a tub of yogurt.
He was reportedly unbothered by the unappetising dessert, as his granddaughter Alex Stein shared a photo of him on X (Twitter) with mint green lips.
"Sooo my grandpa ate half a quart of paint today thinking it was yogurt," she said.

Alex, from New York, also told MailOnline: "When I say he loves yogurt, he LIVES for yogurt.
"My mum buys at least 7 quarts of vanilla Danon yogurt a week."
Social media users have been paying tribute to Bobby, with one person writing: "RIP Bobby the GOAT. Core memory of me teen years was watching the videos of him being posted, always made me laugh and smile."

A second fan wrote: "I was JUST thinking about him too. He definitely left his mark and he was loved so so much!
"Thank you for all the laughs and smiles Bobby. You’ll never be forgotten, silly paint eating old man. Rest in peace."
Another added: "Oh this killed me. Last week he popped up on my bf Facebook with his classic paint yogurt. He had NO IDEA I was a die hard fan. Brought up your page we laughed and laughed.
"He brought to much joy! I hope his heaven is the silliest place he could imagine."
