After season three of The Boys kicked off earlier this month, viewers are slamming Karl Urban’s Cockney accent - with some saying it’s the ‘worst ever’.
The first few episodes of the new series premiered on Amazon Prime Video on Friday 3 June, with the rest of the season dropping periodically each week.

Since the latest instalment landed, many people have picked up on the specific English accent the New Zealander has donned for the role of Billy Butcher, a character who grew up in London's East End.
One person tweeted: "Karl Urban has probably the worst cockney accent out there."
Someone else agreed: "Love The Boys, despise Karl Urban's English accent, yes we exist."
A third added: "Karl Urban has the worst fake accent of any actor currently working to the point it is almost impressive."

A fourth said: "And you're telling me that's a BRITISH accent Karl Urban is trying to do in The Boys?"
It's something fans have noticed before, with one previously tweeting: “Thought I'd give Amazon's "The Boys" a go last night. Wasn't expecting much... Smashed it all in. Went to bed after 3am. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Well, apart from Karl Urban's dodgy cockney accent.”
While some people are discussing Urban's accent, others are voicing their support for the Kiwi actor to take on another, even more iconic role, following a tweet that went viral:
Yup, many fans reckon Urban would make the perfect Wolverine - the actor having also appeared on Reddit's wishlist of stars to portray the character on the big or small screen now that Jackman has hung up the adamantium claws for the final time.

The Guardian's Stuart Heritage was the one who broke the news to Urban.
"I tell [Urban] it is a place where, if you search for Karl Urban, you will find hundreds of pictures of his face cropped onto Wolverine’s body," Heritage wrote following a recent interview with the star of The Boys.
And Urban's response? He burst out laughing.
"It’s flattering, but you have to rationally think about it," Urban said. "I’m what, two years younger than Hugh Jackman?"

Urban is actually four years younger than Jackman, but that's neither here nor there.
"I mean, if I was a studio looking to cast someone as Wolverine, I’d pick someone I’ll get three films out of," Urban said.
"You’re not going to get three films out of Karl Urban unless you want a 65-year-old Wolverine."
