Noel Gallagher said he was left speechless when a woman asked him what he does for a living.
In case you're from the same cave as this lady, the singer-songwriter soared to fame in the '90s alongside his brother Liam in Oasis, writing internationally recognised anthems such as 'Wonderwall', 'Don't Look Back in Anger' and 'Live Forever', among many, many others.
As such, it's pretty understandable that he was left 'gobsmacked' when he got chatting to a woman in a pub who hadn't a Scooby-Doo who he was.

The 55-year-old was a guest on The Dave Berry Breakfast Show on Absolute Radio, where he discussed his ongoing passion for 'getting on it', explaining that he plans to continue quaffing until doctors tell him to stop.
"Every Thursday you can catch me in the West End – not on stage – usually in the Firehouse, talking nonsense to somebody, anyone who'll listen," he said.
But one of his regular nights out became far from ordinary when he got chatting to someone who was completely oblivious to who he was.

"Somebody asked me in the Firehouse the other night, 'What do you do?' And I was like… I didn't know what to say," he recalled.
"Well, I didn't know what to say because I'd never been asked before. I was like, 'Really?'
"'So, what is it you do?' and I was like, 'I change people's lives for the better.' She was like, 'Oh, what – you're in the medical profession?' I was like, 'Of sorts.'"
He continued: "I genuinely was gobsmacked. I was like, 'Look, Google it, love, just put in 'Noel Gallagher', 'High Flying Birds' … owt you want. 'Oasis'.

"Put in Liam Gallagher, you'll probably see a picture of me."
As for a much-craved reunion with his brother Liam, Noel said he will 'never say never' to an Oasis reunion.
"You should never say never," he told BBC Radio Manchester ahead of the release of his fourth High Flying Birds album, but 'it would have to take an extraordinary set of circumstances'.

He added: "That's not to say that those circumstances would never come about."
Noel recently announced that he and his wife of 12 years Sara MacDonald are getting divorced.
The couple, who have been married since 2011, said their children 'remain their priority' and asked for privacy.

The pair met in 2000 while the former Oasis guitarist and songwriter was married to Meg Matthews, whom he divorced in January 2001.
Gallagher and publicist MacDonald married at a private ceremony in June 2011 and share two children, Donovan and Sonny.
A representative for the couple released a statement that said: "Noel and Sara will together continue to look after their children who remain their priority.
"Noel and Sara ask the media to respect their privacy and that of our family at this time."
Gallagher is also father to Anais, whom he shares with Matthews.
