The woman who secretly filmed herself getting fired has revealed that she 'doesn't regret' a thing.
For those who need a bit of a catch up - American tech worker Brittany Pietsch worked as an account executive at Cloudfare until she was let go last week.
Before she was fired, the 27-year-old felt like something was fishy, so she recorded almost her whole exit interview, which was more than nine minutes long.

After posting the video on TikTok on 9 January, the clip went viral on pretty much every social media platform as HR informed her of the horrible news.
In the footage she asks why her manager wasn't present on the call, adding: "I have had the highest activity amongst my team, I’ve had three contracts out, done a really great job managing my deals."
The HR rep then informed her that they had to let her go due to 'collective calibration for Cloudfare'.

Without revealing the 'actual reason' why she was fired, the HR rep said: "I won’t be able to add any specifics for numbers."
Meanwhile, they informed the Atlanta resident that the other rep on call would be 'happy to follow up to see if we can get that with you'.
Taking to LinkedIn, Pietsch said she 'wouldn't ever want to work for' a company that found a problem with the clip.

Brittany wrote: "I’ll never be able to wrap my mind around it. We as employees are expected to give two weeks notice and yet we don’t deserve even a sliver of respect when the roles are reversed?
"I’ve also read some comments about how I’ll never be able to find a job now because I’m a 'loose cannon employee'.
"I’ll tell you what, any company that wouldn’t want to hire me because I shared a video of how a company fired me or because I asked questions as to why I was being let go is not a company I would ever want to work for anyway."
In an interview with The Wall Street Journal she revealed: “I don’t regret sharing that.”

“I have received so many messages of people telling me, ‘I wish I would have stood up for myself the way you did’,” she said.
Cloudflare CEO Matthew Prince has responded to Brittany's video, saying on X: "The video is painful for me to watch."
In a statement, he explained the company 'fired ~40 sales people out of over 1,500 in our go to market org\, which he said was 'normal quarter' behaviour.

He said: "When we’re doing performance management right, we can often tell within three months or less of a sales hire, even during the holidays, whether they’re going to be successful or not.
"Sadly, we don’t hire perfectly. We try to fire perfectly. In this case, clearly we were far from perfect.
"The video is painful for me to watch. Managers should always be involved. HR should be involved, but it shouldn’t be outsourced to them."
