Cruises can be some of the longest and most relaxing holidays you can take - granted you don't get seasick easily.
But even though you are there to kick your feet up, you still have some rules to follow.
According to one TikToker, rules apparently extend outside of keeping the noise down and returning to the ship on time.
Marc Sebastian is on Royal Caribbean's nine-month cruise, though he is only onboard for the South America-Antarctica leg.

And he's sharing the experience with his followers - which has been interesting, to say the least.
Of course, nine months is a long time, and in that time, he's revealed some of the onboard rules that he's learned - like irons apparently being $8 to use.
However, in a recent video detailing all he's learnt while cruising, he claimed that mentioning a certain topic will get you quite the reaction onboard.

According to Sebastian, talking about the Titanic is a big no-no.
He continued to say: "Who knew that? I didn't.
"I brought up to an entire room of people having lunch that our ship is only 100 feet longer than the Titanic."
And the sheer mention of the ship apparently had people's jaws dropping.

"When I tell you that, utensils dropped okay. Waiters gasped dead silent." he said.
Sebastian added that his friend then leant over and told him: "You're not allowed to talk about the Titanic."
He then said that he didn't know that since it 'wasn't in the f***ing handbook', but I think it's fair that people start to feel uneasy when you mention one of the largest commercial ship disasters.
This claim had people pretty stumped, with one person writing: "I'm sorry if I'm going on a boat, I'm talking about Titanic and OceanGate."

Another said: "Not being able to talk abt the Titanic would definitely ruin the experience for me."
A third said: "is the titanic thing for cruises the same as like macbeth for theatre."
While a fourth described talking about the Titanic on a ship as the 'equivalent to screaming a bomb at an airport'.
LADbible has contacted Sebastian and Royal Caribbean Cruises for comment.

Elsewhere in the video, the influencer said that the ships have 'Godmothers' - this particular one having Whoopi Goldberg as its.
He even showed off a framed photo of her on the ship.
According to Cruise Critic, a ship's godmother is said to 'bring good luck and protection to the vessel'.
All they have to do is attend their ship's launch and naming ceremony to bless and name the vessel, marking the occasion by smashing the ship with a bottle of champagne.
Although these days, it's usually via a button due to the size of modern cruise ships - I can't imagine a bottle would help much.
