CBB hit with over a hundred Ofcom complaints after 'gross' JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes moment

The duo have been getting into trouble with Big Brother

Celebrity Big Brother has been hit with hundreds of Ofcom complaints following a ‘gross’ moment last week.

Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa have become quite the duo in the house this series, sharing a close friendship but also getting themselves into the odd spot of trouble with Big Brother.

Having had a telling off for trying to secretly communicate, they also ended up getting a warning to use human toilets in the house.

Yeah, let me give you some context.

The celebrities on the ITV show were forced to dress and behave as ‘pet house cats’ last weekend, with litter trays being placed in the communal bathroom during the task. However, the Celebrity Big Brother housemates were instructed not to use them.

But Hughes and Siwa just couldn’t resist – and it seems not to have gone down well with viewers, at all.

During Friday’s (18 April) episode, the former Love Islander said to the ‘Karma’ singer: “I really need a wee. Is this bad? Can you block the door? Then I'll have a little wee.”

Telling his bestie watching that she was giving him ‘stage fright’, Hughes told Siwa no to tell anyone he’d ‘wee’d’ there.

The Dance Moms star must’ve wanted to experience the action as she popped a squat herself to have a wee in the litter box afterwards.

Committing to the bit, Hughes told her to ‘flick it with your feet, or your paws', just as a cat would while they both used their hands to cover it up.

While they found it hilarious, Big brother certainly did not as a warning rang out the house: “This is Big Brother. House cats are reminded that they can use the human toilets."

And viewers were seemingly pee’d off too as they went straight to broadcasting regulator Ofcom with 125 of them putting in formal complaints against the episode.

As host AJ Odudu called it ‘disgusting’ during spin-off show Late & Live, some fans online wrote that it was ‘sickening to watch’.

While another said: “This is good BB content in my opinion. I did have my mouth open in shock...but it was funny."

One even said Hughes deserved a ‘backdoor eviction for that piddling’ as a second said it’s ‘not sober behaviour’.

“This is not my idea of prime time TV, watching peeing. Gross,” a third slammed.

But some did enjoy the bizarre moment as a fan said: “That was SO funny. These two need to stay in until the end, the most entertaining housemates for sure."

“I can’t believe Chris and JoJo actually went through with this. It’s wild, but I’m torn between laughing and cringing. What’s next for these two?" another added.

Celebrity Big Brother continues tonight on ITV1 and ITVX at 9pm.
