The Game of Thrones universe has long been known for it's explicit content, after all it didn't earn the name for 'tits and dragons' for no reason.
It would seem that spin-off series House of the Dragon isn't keen to shy away from the sexual content either - but it's the men who are ditching their clothes this time around.
In season two, episode 3, viewers were treated to a scene in one of the many brothels of King's Landing - which is nothing out of the ordinary for the seasoned GoT fan.
In the episode Aegon Targaryen (Tom Glynn-Carney) is seen heading into the brothel with his squires, with the group walking in on Aegon's brother Aemond Targaryen getting it on with a prostitute.

The scene then sees Aegon begin to tease his brother over his choice in woman, leading to Aemond standing up and marching out of the room fully naked, erect penis and all.
Nudity isn't uncommon in Game of Thrones and House of The Dragon, however, it's often side characters who are filmed fully naked - with many fans caught off guard by the sight of a penis brandished so brazenly on a mainstream TV show.
"I did not expect that Aemond brothel scene," one person wrote on social media, alongside a gif of a woman closing her laptop in shock.
"Nothing could have prepared me for the scene at the brothel with Vhagar on full display," another user added - with Vhagar being a reference to the character's dragon, who is coincidentally the biggest dragon in the series.

"Should have put a trigger warning on Aemond brothel scene got me shocked on his dangling keychain," a third added.
Once viewers had gotten over the initial shock of seeing the character fully naked and stood to attention many were left asking whether or not the appendage was a prosthetic or not.
While it's yet to be explicitly confirmed whether or not actor Ewan Mitchell used a prosthetic or body double, the actor apparently wanted the scene to shock viewers at home.

"It wasn’t a choice we made lightly. But it’s true to Aemond that he shocks the audience. Weakness is not part of Aemond’s vocabulary," he told Vulture.
Speaking further about the episode in an interview with Variety, director Geeta Vasant Patel added that she and Ewan had agreed that having Aemond fully naked in the scene was in character.
"What we came to is that Aemond was hurt. He was bullied when he was little. Since he was hurt, he had created this persona that was the exact opposite of how he was feeling. He created the persona of someone who is callous and has no regard for what others think of him," Patel explained.

She continued: "Slowly he starts putting on his armour and when he stands up, the fact that he doesn’t care that you see his penis is such a strong visceral shift. "And so, of course, Ewan was like, 'I want to be fully nude in that moment. It’s important to me because that’s who my character is. That’s what he would do.' And that’s what we did."
