Even if you're coming to I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! to watch some famous faces be showered with maggots so they can have more than the bare minimum to eat in an evening, you stay for Ant and Dec.
They might be all over ITV's lineup like a rash, but there's a reason the Geordie duo keep getting presenting gigs and being actually pretty funny certainly helps.
The duo have been presenting I'm A Celeb right from the very beginning and they help punctuate the various segments with their jokes and live bits to camera.

In one of their moments from the first episode of the new series of I'm A Celeb last night (17 November), viewers were convinced that they aimed a jibe Tommy Fury's way.
The boxer was rumoured to be going on the show before it was claimed that he'd pulled out of the deal and decided to go in for an experience where he wouldn't have to pluck cockroaches out of his socks.
Apparently he's going to be having a rematch against YouTuber KSI, with Fury having previously won their first fight by unanimous decision after a 'judging error' and some controversy over the result.
He does have an actual, tangible fight to prepare for as well, as he's pencilled in for a bout in the ring against MMA fighter Darren Till next year on 18 January.

It might throw off his training and preparation if Fury spends a few weeks in the jungle with not much food or access to exercise equipment.
During a spot on I'm A Celeb, Ant and Dec gushed over the fact that former boxer Barry McGuigan was 'doing this show', leading Dec to quip: "It was either do this or fight the YouTuber on Netflix."
Viewers weren't sure whether that was meant to be a dig at Fury for supposedly ditching I'm A Celeb to go and fight a YouTuber, or a more topical gag about Mike Tyson and Jake Paul's recent if underwhelming fight.

Plenty of fans posted their appreciation of Dec's joke saying they love 'the burn' and said that 'these producers are really us' while others marvelled that 'Dec really went there'.
Then again, this is the man who turned 'evening, prime minister' into a pretty good catchphrase.
Elsewhere in the show, Ant and Dec joked about Danny Jones of McFly having a 'trouser snake' when an actual snake decided to slither into his shorts.

They've also got their first of potentially many 'Wagatha Christie' jokes out of the way as they joked that it would be good for Coleen Rooney to 'face a trial that doesn't involve Rebekah Vardy'.
