When was the last time you saw a sriracha-flavoured food on your local supermarket’s shelves? Red Rock Deli decided to fill that gap with its new chip flavour: Spicy Chilli Sriracha.

Like the rest of Red Rock Deli’s range, the chips use potatoes harvested from Australia-only farms, which are then roughly cut and slow-cooked to get a good crunch.

Once they’re cooked, they’re seasoned with sriracha that gives them tangy-sweet undertones and garlic and paprika, which round out the chip’s overall flavour.

The new chip hit stores on February 10, 2025, joining Red Rock Deli’s existing range: Honey Soy Chicken, Sweet Chilli and Sour Cream and Lime and Black Pepper.
The new flavour is now at Coles and independent supermarkets around the country.
