Kim Kardashian has been absolutely rinsed online after saying she does what she can to reverse the effects of climate change... despite taking her private jet everywhere.
The reality star recently sat down with Interview Magazine to share her thoughts on the climate crisis.
She told the outlet: “I believe in climate change, and I believe that anything can help.

“But I also believe in being realistic and I think sometimes there’s so much to worry about on this planet, and it can be really scary to live your life with anxiety.”
She added: “I have super climate change-involved friends, and I love learning from them. I do what I can, but you have to pick and choose what really works for you in your life.”
'Pick and choose what works for you?’; it’s global warming, Kimmy, not a 12-step nighttime skincare regime!

Many were left outraged after her comments, slamming the reality star as a ‘hypocrite’ as she is known to fly her private jet frivolously and use excessive amounts of water to fill her olympic-sized swimming pools.
One person took to Twitter, writing: “'Pick & choose’ with climate change….. what exactly ARE you doing to combat climate change? Nothing. Wasting water during a crisis."
"Flying personal jets around. All you do is consume and waste. You do realise when humanity goes extinct your kids are included in that right?”

Another said: “Fine… Emit pollution and overuse water. That’s fine, but then don’t come out complaining about climate change.”
A third person shared: “@KimKardashian why don't you start by going #Vegan and stop using animal fur in your outfits, not mentioning stop using your private plane and consuming like crazy. Hypocrite.”
While another wrote: “I believe there will be a day where the *elites* will be sacrificed for their extreme part in climate change.”
Last month, it was reported that the Kardashian family had been taking the water restrictions in California as a ‘light suggestion' after it was found that two of their properties had exceeded the water limit by 533 per cent.

According to The Los Angeles Times, two Kardashian homes situated in California's Hidden Hills had used 230,000 gallons (1,045,600 litres) in June alone, equating to nine years of water usage in one month.
This is giving us Jennifer Coolidge vibes from A Cinderella Story - 'droughts are for poor people'.
Additionally, Kourtney Kardashian’s 1.86-acre property near Calabasas exceeded its June budget by about 101,000 gallons (459,155 litres).
