Sharon Stone has finally revealed the name of the movie producer who wanted her to sleep with her co-star.
Best known for her role as Catherine in Basic Instinct, Stone revealed in her 2021 memoir The Beauty of Living Twice that she was pressured to have sex with a co-star by a producer, though both were left unnamed.
However, she never named the producer or the co-star. Until now.
Following her break-out role in 1990's Total Recall with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Stone later went on to star in films such as The Specialist, Casino, and The Mighty, among many other credits.

Now 66 years old, Stone was a guest on The Louis Theroux Podcast, and has finally shared who the producer and actors in question were.
The incident happened while filming for 1993 thriller Sliver, which came shortly after her role in Basic Instinct.
The actor was none other than William 'Billy' Baldwin, brother of Alec, Stephen and Daniel.

Stone said: "They expected me to bring home another giant smash hit and they gave me casting approval and they gave me all these approvals, but then when it came time for me to do it, they told me it was a vanity deal and I couldn't have my approvals.
"Then they started to try to blame me for their mistakes, and they made terrible mistakes in the way that they hired directors and cast."
During a day of filming, Stone was then called to former actor turned-producer Robert Evans' office.
Evans, best known for his work on Rosemary's Baby and The Godfather has since passed away in 2019.

The American actress explained on the podcast: "He called me to his office,
"He had these very low seventies, eighties couches, so I'm essentially sitting on the floor, when I should have been on set."
She then revealed what he said to her.
"He's running around his office in his sunglasses explaining to me that he slept with Ava Gardner and I should sleep with Billy Baldwin, because if I slept with Billy Baldwin, Billy Baldwin's performance would get better," Stone claimed.

She continued: "And we needed Billy to get better in the movie because that was the problem.
"And if I could sleep with Billy then we would have chemistry on screen, and if I would just have sex with him then that would save the movie, and the real problem with the movie was me because I was so uptight, and so not like a real actress who could just f**k him and get things back on track.
"The real problem was I was such a tight ass."

Stone reflected on her career, saying she 'didn't have to f**k Michael Douglas', in reference to their roles on Basic Instinct, instead praising his acting skills.
"Michael could come to work and know how to hit those marks, and do that line, and rehearse and show up. Now all of a sudden I'm in the 'I have to f**k people' business," she said.
In her memoir, Stone wrote: "You guys insisted on this actor when he couldn't get one whole scene out in the test.
"Now you think if I f**k him, he will become a fine actor? Nobody's that good in bed."
