Nigel Farage says ITV will ‘never repeat’ one Bushtucker trial after it allegedly made this year's campmates 'seriously ill'.
Sam Thompson was crowned the King of the Jungle on Sunday (10 December) as former boxer Tony Bellew came runner-up, with the ex-UKIP leader finishing in third place.
“I am so grateful, thank you so much, I’ve dreamt of doing this show for years and years and you made this boy’s dream come true,” Thompson told viewers as he was crowned by fellow campmate and This Morning presenter Josie Gibson.

He said about the show: “The little moments were the best moments, when Snake Rock camp came back and we had everyone back together, the vibe was so amazing and I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy.”
Thompson's final Bushtucker trial was certainly one to remember as the radio presenter was forced to chow down a pig’s vagina and a camel’s penis.
However, it seems as if Farage has hit out at ITV over one certain Bushtucker trial.

The politician also admitted he broke the show's strict ban on nudity to protect himself from getting ill.
He showered in the nude - much to the shock of some of his campmates - and said he had 'very good reasons [to be naked]'.
Speaking to The Sun, he said: “To be told to check yourself and to be told you must keep clean – and then to be told you can’t take your pants off in the shower struck me as contradictory.
“I had a huge row. I was told in the interest of taste and in respect for the cameramen and women that I shouldn’t be doing this.

“I said, ‘Go to hell'. Leeches will crawl up your leg and embed themselves in the warmest part of your body.
“Sam did not shower naked and Sam did not check himself. Sam woke up one morning screaming – the leech was huge. It was on his a*** and the sleeping bag looked like a murder scene.
“So there were very good reasons [to be naked]. Afterwards my other campmates did the same, four other blokes stripped naked.”

In Farage's first drinking trial, he and Bellew went head-to-head as they drank 12 pints of rank liquids, including blended cow anus and blended bull penis.
And Farage has insisted this is the Bushtucker trial that will 'never be repeated'.
He said: “The drinking challenge was a nightmare they will never repeat. They know they got it wrong. They made us seriously ill."

Farage says he also struggled with the bad weather, adding: “Wet socks was the biggest problem I had.
“I had blisters due to wet socks. In those rainy days it was pretty depressing.
“The end of my bed was literally drenched night after night.”
Although the politician was a controversial pick, he proved to be a popular figure with most of his campmates - and clearly with viewers after finishing third!
